Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are custom-made on demand. Production takes 1–6 business days depending on the item. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. 

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery windows start after your order ships, not when it's placed.

• United States: 5–7 business days
• Canada & International: 10–15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude local holidays. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or incorrect information submitted at checkout. 

Shipping Rates
Calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and shipping method selected.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

International Orders
International customers may be required to confirm their phone number before their order is shipped. If confirmation isn't received, orders may be held for up to 90 days before being disposed of. Customers are also responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country. 

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at antithesis.blanks@gmail.com with your order number. Claims for lost packages should be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, contact us immediately so we can coordinate a resolution. Re-shipping fees may apply.
